• Custom design orders are initiated by submitting design details through our Request a Quote form or by contacting us directly via email or WhatsApp chat (text messages only).
• Upon reviewing your request, we provide a personalized quote and estimated timeline.
• We begin work only after receiving your confirmation of the quote and project details.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments for custom services are accepted via bank transfer and Payoneer only.
• For new clients, no upfront payment is required. Work starts after project confirmation.
• Delivered designs will contain watermarks until payment is received.
• Payment is required upon approval of the design or before proceeding with revisions beyond the initial delivery.
• Complex projects may require a partial preview with upfront payment before full project completion.
• Repeat clients may enjoy flexible payment arrangements, including monthly payment schedules with confirmed payments.

4. Delivery and Revisions

• Final deliverables include editable files (PSD, AI, Canva, PDF, etc.) and print-ready versions as agreed.
• We offer revisions as per the agreed scope during the design process. Additional revisions beyond the scope may incur extra charges.
• Design delivery and communication occur primarily via email and WhatsApp chat (text only).

5. Template Purchases

• Templates sold on our website are for immediate download and use.
• Templates come in editable formats compatible with popular design tools.
• Refunds for template purchases are subject to our refund policy and typically not available once the file is downloaded.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

• All designs, templates, graphics, and other creative works produced by Megan Studio (“Designs”) remain the intellectual property of Megan Studio until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered designs for their intended purpose as agreed.
• Megan Studio retains all copyrights and ownership rights to the original artwork, concepts, and preliminary materials.
• Clients may not redistribute, resell, modify for resale, or use the designs beyond the agreed scope without explicit written permission.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding project requirements.
• Timely feedback and approvals from the client are essential to meet delivery deadlines.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary rights for any content (images, logos, text) provided for use in designs.

• Megan Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our templates or services.
• We strive for accuracy and quality but do not guarantee specific results from marketing or branding efforts using our designs.
• It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve designs before final use.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service if a client violates these terms or engages in unlawful activity.
• Upon termination, outstanding payments for work completed remain due.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
